This small ice cream stand from the Langham hotel sells interesting flavors of gelato and soft-serve. I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and chocolate twist soft-serve. The prices are higher than other ice cream shops in River North. I did enjoy the location on the AMA plaza along the river.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ice Cream Social courtesy of the Langham! First off, this pop up sweet treat shop is a perfect idea for the summer, and I adore the location right off the river. I visited last year, but had to write a review after my visit today because the customer service was top notch! Omarion (not to be confused with the B2K lead singer) was warm, welcoming, swift and friendly and made the experience that much more meaningful! He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service. The soft serve ice cream was delectable (sea salt caramel topped with caramel sauce in a pink waffle cone topped off with brownie bites). If you haven't stopped by this gem, please do so before the weather changes!
